So, life is kind of crappy, and it's sad that I had to go to Vancouver for a week to realize how bad (as in messy and dirty) our suite has become. The reason I went to Vancouver in the first place was to see a specialist for depression, and coming back to an overwhelming situation in every way was not helpful. We don't have any money, and I don't want to work during school. If I'm going to focus on my classes and successfully make it through this year then I can't have a job. Plus I want to take a couple activities again, like belly dancing and voice lessons, and that's already probably more than I can handle without having to drop out again. I don't know if they let you get student loans just to help pay for living expenses, but I hope so, because my scholarship barely covers my tuition. Sigh.

Chris is in Banff for his mom's wedding and I'm locked out of our suite.

Mom and I tried to pick the lock AND take the door off the hinges.

Now I'm sleeping at her house tonight. Luckily I cleaned the litterbox and filled the cat food right before I went out this evening. I just hope it doesn't rain, because I left both the windows open.

Went to Pets in the Park today with Chantelle. It was good fun, got lots of food samples and lots of paper to hoard. I wore one of the flowery dresses I ordered from ebay, so I entered the best dressed owner and pet contest with Max (Chantelle's dog). I lost to some kid. Sigh.

Saw alot of dogs, two kitties and one ferret.

If money were no object, which five luxury items would you rush right out and buy?

1. Frickin' gigantic house & my own car (counted as one because I figure everyone would buy these)

2. Have a gigantic outdoor cat enclosure build / cat room in the house / put carpet and ledges on certain walls

3. Wii + games, & Nintendo DS + games

4. All the books, DVDs and CDs I've ever wanted

5. Innumerable plane tickets
